The snap of the old tree falling.

The old saying of "if a tree falls in the woods and no one is there, does it make any noice?" has been going thru my head today. Is what we do in our lives important to anyone but ourselves? In the end is it all worthless or do we make an impact not knowing we do. Will our lives resonate thru the halls of time? We will never know, i guess the only way to see what is going to happen is by looking at history. I know of my families history by stories that have been told. Most likely it will be the same for me, my great grand children will hear about me thru stories. The thing is to have stories worth telling. I guess that is my time on the soap box today, see you all on the journey!
